Having Sop Buntut on ur breakfast menu is definitely a good selling point as not many (I've never known of any) hotels offer SB on their breakfast buffet menu. My client who stayed at sari pacific with me in my previous trip was also pleasantly surprised and commented that it's a really good thing that you guys did by serving tat.

The hospitality and the food at the restaurant. They renovate the room and makes the hotel more modern, not like old hotel anymore

The location was good, with easy access to the train station and public bus. Overall, it was a good experience with the entire friendly team, including the reception, concierge, and restaurant staff. Good ambience. The location is not along the busy street.

The location is close to Sarinah shopping centre and sabang street food. These are walkable.

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very friendly. What stood out for me was the kitchen staff. I queried for vegetarian options before my breakfast. I had to settle down with the choices available. The chef mentioned she will prepare something for me. To my surprise, I received three course of amazing vegetarian dishes! They even catered separate vegetarian breakfast items for the rest of my stay, without me asking for it.

The hotel is just a short walk from Sarinah Mall, making shopping and entertainment easily accessible. A wide selection of restaurants is also nearby, offering great dining options. The hotel has recently undergone a significant renovation — the upgraded lobby now looks far more modern and welcoming than before

Service rendered by the staff- concierge and all. Bed + pillow is super comfy for Deluxe Room (perfect since it has been renovated) & Executive Room- Flr 16. Food selection for breakfast at Level 18 is fairly good!
