I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very friendly. What stood out for me was the kitchen staff. I queried for vegetarian options before my breakfast. I had to settle down with the choices available. The chef mentioned she will prepare something for me. To my surprise, I received three course of amazing vegetarian dishes! They even catered separate vegetarian breakfast items for the rest of my stay, without me asking for it.

Having Sop Buntut on ur breakfast menu is definitely a good selling point as not many (I've never known of any) hotels offer SB on their breakfast buffet menu. My client who stayed at sari pacific with me in my previous trip was also pleasantly surprised and commented that it's a really good thing that you guys did by serving tat.

I liked the atmosfere. I liked the deli. Everything worked. Personally I do not like all the gadgets and that you need to do everything via yhd screen and remote control as it takes time to figure out how it works. But it did work properly. Nice and accomodating staff.
